Just a Thought....

Today morning!!
After my prayers... (yep!! yep! i confess i have started to pray now ... its said that s'one in your life can change ur life... i think thats wat has happened to me ... i have started to pray to get HIM in my life... )

Neways!! After my prayers while doing my breakfast i asked my mom "why do we have to pray to God?" and ,mom told me "to please him."
i read Shiv Chalisa e'day and have promised to keep fast for all mondays till i dun get him... ( i dun knw how stupid it sounds but its just that I dun wanna miss a chance... :))

Than i thought-Shiv Chalisa is full of praises of Lord Shiva... and this makes him happy... )its said if u read it e'day he fulfills ur wishes)

Than immediately the second thought which stuck me was.. than Why do we say, boot lickin of your boss is a bad practice?
I mean why we keep sayin that, this guy got it all as he was close to his boss... ( even i use to say the same for few employees of my office)
But today i thought even iam doing the same with God, am impressing him,so that he fulfills my wishes... am in a way Boot licking him...

I just dun knw how true iam but it was justa thought of which am still lookin for an answer....

May be will go home and ask mom for an answer..
But still somewhere, i believe in few funda of life which my nanaji gave me--

1) बरकत हमेशा नीयत से होती है।

२) वक़्त और किस्मत से पहले कुछ नही मिलता।

३) तुम ज़रूरी नही है कि हर रोज़ मंदिर जाओ, मगर तुमने किस्सी एक इन्सान का अच्छा किया तो वोह तुम्हारे एक दिन कि पूजा के बराबर है।
( am really impressed with HINDI tool of google... wow! it rocks)

And trust me i believe in helpin e'one i can... i try to make s'one in a day Smile.. and that makes my day worthwhile... :)

Wardrobe Analysis!!!

Dad was coming home for 3-4 Days and as per his instructions was cleaning his wardrobe and than Mom also started with hers...

was sitting and comparing the wardrobes of both of them... and the differences are worth mentioning...

Let me start with dad's almirah...
- it had a spare set of Tool Kit
- it had and Spare First Aid Kit
-Spare set of Toothbrushes and one toothpaste
- Some BandAid's
- FEW CLOTHES
- Some of his Favorite Ties..

Precisely, it had spare thing which u might need in an emergency... and FEW things were there ....

In all it took me around 3o mins to arrange his things.. :)

now comes my mom's wardrobe....

Ah! to my surprise it had all the clutter i could imagine .. let me try to list them down...

- Pens which i bought when i was in 12th standard... She even had that pen which i got on my farewell.. (that was the time wen Gel pens were new to the market)
- My T shirts which she doesn't wants me to wear.. and ya my skirts as well...
- LOTS OF CLOTHES n SAREES ... her pile of blouses n petticoats were like a heep of grains.. u dive into it and ur lost... :P
- she had those shampoo bottles which my mamji brought from US couple of years ago... :P
- then there were packets of candies which i use get for her eat.. and didn't know there were being safely kept there .. (probably she was saving it for my kids or may be my Brother's kids)
- She has kept the wrappers of gifts which we get in weddings... ( i mean the saree box n wrapping papers..etc.. )
- then there were all my rejected handbags and small purses which were torn off litle bit- i asked mom why have u kept these with u -and she replies,"rakhe rehne do, moochi se theek karwa ke use karlenge". i wonder wen this will be dun.. and who will use these...
- she has kept my college bags in the almirah... ah! i think she wants to make a museum of my left overs... am sure she'll show it my kids,what kindda bags i use to carry to college...

And list is tooo long.. .. i mean her wardrobe had all th things u can imagine under this sky... starting for and needle to dry fruits to shampoos .. i mean e'thing...

Same evening, i went to my aunt's place and was discussing the same with her, and was quite surprised to knw even she does the same...
and was thinking-- Does all the women have the habit of collecting things in there wardrobes? or its in the family only....

hope i dont get caught by this virus...

while thinking about all this i thought let me just check my wardrobe and all wat i cud find there was Cluttered and pilled up T-shirts n jeans.. few hanging suits n t-shirts... in fact it was all CLOTHES-- CLOTHES n CLOTHES... and tomorrow am again goin for shoppin wid Dad.. hehehehehhe ......................... are bhai Rakhi gift bhi toh lena hai... :P

Best Commercials on T.V.

Am becoming Techno-freek these days...
Since my days to shift are approaching, I have unwantingly started to increase my Gagets...
It Started with my Lap-Top, than my new N-76 than I-pod now Dish-TV..
Yeah, I have got Dish TV for Mom, we were too bugged of every day Kitch-kitch wid my cable operator and power-cuts in his area... wen ever u sit to watch s'thing over the weekend either there was powercut or the transmittion was'nt gud...

So, Finally we decided to buy Dish TV.. and now, we are actually able to make out the difference, the picture is Crystal Clear, Sound is amazing .... (to chk the sound quality of ur TV dun forget to watch Kahani Ghar Ghar ki or Kyunki.... with those Dishhh.... Dishhh,effect u'll be able to check out.. :P)
and to add up .. after ages am able to watch Channel V n MTV... :)

Yesterday while watching TV i saw few really good Advertisements ... so thought of listing the 5 best commercials n 5 worst commercials...

BEST ADVERTISEMENTS (according to me)

5. Surf Excel--- Daag Acche hai.. where two kids are fighting to stop there parents fights and the older AD where a brother fights with the slush for his sister.... really cute kids... ( now, u must have guessed why i liked this AD)

4. Fevicol- where ther are tooo many people are hanging on a bus...and a guy is sitting inside witha fevicol box, Infact the best one was of feviquick, where a guy goes fishing... (am sure e'one remebers this ad)

3. MotoRockr-- I like abhishek Bacchan- I think this is enough to explain.... :)

2. Allpenleabe ( dun knw the spelling)- but that toffee Ad, where Kajol feat Crocodile -- really sweet one ....

1. Ponds Age Miracle- Ah! really sweet n lovely AD.. i just love the way the guy says- Only if it says I LOVE YOU ..... ooooohhhhhhhoooooooooo....... its amazing...
And another new ad of Titan- in which a frnds ask for his frnds watch so that he can avail 25% discount on new titan watch.

Now the list of Worst Ads...

5. Aveo- Chevelote Aveo's recent Gorrilla Ad is too bugging... though the car is my personal favourite but the ad seems to SUck...

4. MDH masale-- do i have to add more? i think bas naam hi kafi hai... :P

3. SAntro Car-- new SRK n Preeti Zinta Ad.. Ah! its too bugging man!! just cudnt handle it ...

2. Babool Toothpaste- Heheheheh.... Babool subha toh din tumhara ho.... heeheee... Vivek Oberoi cud have s'thing better...

1 And the awards goes to -- Amul Macho Briefs--- Dammit... no worst Ad cudn have been made... its so cheap and esp that gals expressions... ah! uh! Ouch!! i mean Condoms n sanitary Napkin ads are better than this AD... i wonder wat this Ad wanted to show...

But any ways... u love it or hate it but u just cant Ignore it ......... :)

Love is blind... is it true?

My tag line on Gtalk today was - If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular?

And few of my freinds couldnt u'stand...

By this i meant, If people say Love is blind than y do they go for appearances...
and trust me, i firmly believe in that... to me looks doesnt matter, if i say it doesnt matter at all, i'll be lying, but ya frankly speaking they dont matter much....

for me what matters is how much that person cares for me, to what extend he is ready to accept me the way Iam॥ cos i knw am tooo difficult too handle... :P

and how much he loves me... and ya i'll be modest enough to say money too i dont care about... (and am not lying in this regards),

but ya what i cant stand is Ignorance... ( iam callin s'one like mad's and he doesnt take my calls... just kills me 1000 deaths, i mean no matter how busy ur atleast a msg wud have dun)

I always crib, that am not good looking and not beautiful n sexy like other gals...
i feel bad wen e'one keeps on telling me to reduce weight,and than i might get married... and i just ask one question-- wat if i put on weight after my marriage.. wont it be cheating wid that guy...
Some how i always wat a guy who loves me for wat Iam... not wat he was looking for....

The same i was discussing with a freind of mine and he asked me to look at the pic of a famous Singer Seal and his wife...

And i was surprised to see this couple...

It actually it made me sure of the fact that love needs no physical appearance, if u love a person thats more than enough to spend a lifetime with that person...

To many it might be sounding like am too fantasized or am talkin like Madhuri Dixit in Dil toh Pagal Hai, remember that dialogue where she says, " Bhagwan ne hume jodo main banaya hai, par unka milna hum par chood diya hai,woh bas ek ishara dega aur main samajh lungi ki yeh wohi hai." and i dun knw why but i believe in this... i know its too filmy, too far off from practicality but i dun want to get into it...
And i think thats why i keep being hurt.. am too emotional...

I think abt HIM so much and care about HIM too much.. at time seriously i get suffocated by myself but just cant help... i think to stay uncertainty has become part of my life...

i knw his answer is NO, but somewhere am jst waitin for a day when wen realizes there is s'one here waiting for him eagerly... though he is too egoist he would never say,even if am going away from him and if he is hurt.... just dunno....

Ah!! i started all that crap again... my dilemma's and fantasy world will never come to an end...
but ya was talking about this couple...

Movie Review : Chak De India...

OK!! now wat exactly you expected from this movie?

Telling you about my opinion- i thought it to be a movie just about a hockey game between two teams (preferably India n PAk) with some added flavor of Patriotism....

But, i was surprisingly amused by this movie.. trust me am not over hyping the movie, as e'one knows am a SRK fan...

this movies a perfect epitome to new age cinema... where for sure movie will run even if does not have any romantic songs, or Item numbers...
Well take my words, Shimit Amin has done an amazing job and i can bet u'll relish it to the core...

The movie is about Kabir Khan, Ex-captian Indian Hockey team,who was held responsible for India's defeat in World Cup and was blamed to be "gaddar".

After 7yrs he returns as a coach of Women's Hockey team... The team which consists of best players from across th nation- Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh.
each had there own traits,lifestyle,lingo,background.But Kabir Khan,ws deteremined to ring them together and will make them play not for themselves but together for INDIA...

It was tough task as there were tussles between them,seniors bulling juniors,ego clashes, etc... etc... but Kabir(SRK) believed " "Jo nahin ho sakta hai, wahi to karna hai... "!

And it worked... and atlast we won... in Kabir's words-- INDIA won...

Hats off to the Writer n Director of the movie... they did n splendid job... they showed there gutts to make a film quite Hattke from the mainstream love stories...
the movie was able to hold the curiosity till the last scene of the movie, I actually had the feel of watching India-Pak world cup match..
I clapped on every goal, whistled and had num eyes.. the movie was a roller coaster ride of emotions...
It at times reminded me of the last scene of Lagan,same kindda excitement..

Now, Talkin about performance----- SRK is the best, if he pulled u towards the theater than trust me he'll be the one to hold u till the end....

The gals were just amazing-- Vidya Malavade (Vidya Sharma), Chitrashi Rawat (Komal Chautala), Sagarika Ghatge (Preeti Sabarwal), Shilpa Shukla (Bindia Naik), Tanya Abrol (Balbir Kaur) did outstanding job...
It didnt seems to be there first ever apperence on Big screen..
they were the face of the movie and did there part with perfection, infact Briliant and perfect would be an understatement....

Nice background Score,added up to the feel..nothing was over done... e'thing placed so aptly that, it made the movie to be a hit ....

One should go and watch this movie... This treat is not served everday...
And in one of my friends words, people who had come to watch the movie in between there shows,in that case beware --- This movie is not meant for you...

I just cant u'stand wat is so amazing about this song....

every time i hear it, i fall in love with this song even more .....
esp the lines...

Aanina mujhse meri n Kabhi Khawab main ya khayal main ... tops the list of my All time Songs...
